Intermediate for MCH LOHC; not sold as compressed/liquid H2 in the EA copy. HP can process 60,000 tpa hydrogen if Phase 2 is later approved. May produce with first production targeted 2030. CBSA 2804.10 hydrogen (T2026 ch.28). Not commodity grey SMR hydrogen. Plant street not stored. No named directory seaport gate.
