Named Phase 2 Renewable Power Generation in the District of St. Mary's, Nova Scotia (south of Route 348, Caledonia to Glenelg / northwest of Sherbrooke), with transmission to the Goldboro plant. EA: ~820 MW onshore wind and ~300 MW solar (~1.1 GW combined). Company: up to ~140 turbines, 6–7 MW class; solar ~1,500 acres. Second EA targeted late 2027. Intended to power Goldboro SAF/methanol (Phase 1 uses NS Power grid until RPG in service). May produce / generate. CBSA 2716.00 electrical energy (T2026 ch.27). Not a fossil generator.
