We store buyer email and phone only to deliver an RFQ or inquiry. Public RFQ cards are redacted (desk, quantity, destination, a short snippet) and never include email or phone. Claim proof stays staff-only. If a supplier’s reply language is English or French, the Node app may send the buyer’s message to xAI to produce that working copy; the original is always kept and still delivered if translation fails. We do not sell buyer lists.
