- Paving asphalt from the Lloydminster Refinery, Alberta. 2025 AIF (Canadian Refining): processes blended heavy crude into asphalt products used in road construction and maintenance; refined products transported via railcar and truck to primary markets in Western Canada, the U.S. Upper-Midwest, Rocky Mountain Region and the West Coast. Company implemented storage and U.S. market development so the plant can run near full capacity outside the Canadian/northern U.S. paving season. Also: sales directly from the Lloydminster Refinery and export sales to the U.S., plus four Canadian asphalt terminals (Winnipeg, Yorkton, Kamloops, Edmonton).
