Legal seller Northern Graphite Corporation (TSX-V: NGC). Corporate office 1000 Innovation Drive, Suite 500, Ottawa ON K2K 3E7 (contact page). Same civic copied as mailing. Company phone 613-271-2124 and info@northerngraphite.com. A media address (pjordan@northerngraphite.com) is a named officer and is not used. Incorporation year was not in the Q2 2026 MD&A text searched, so yearEstablished is null. Lac des Iles, Quebec: Q2 2026 release (1 Sep 2026) states no active mining or processing and no sales because of a temporary shutdown; plant maintenance and an upgrade toward a 25,000 t/y nameplate were well advanced but the mill was not operating. MELCCFP pit-expansion authorization was received; on 10 Aug 2026 MRNF suspended the mining lease over a restoration-guarantee dispute. Appeal filed with the Court of Quebec on 8 Sep 2026 stays the suspension while the appeal is pending. Restart was unlikely in Q3 2026 and depends on the lease matter, financing and demand. Bissett Creek, Ontario, is a development project on this same seller. Okanjande (Namibia) is on care and maintenance and is not a Canadian plant. Battery-anode work is a Frankfurt lab and a planned Saudi plant, not a Canadian anode mill. Stage concentrate. No headcount. Shipping form not verified. HS 250410 for natural flake concentrate. NAICS 212398. No named port.
