- Liquefied propane sold by Keyera Marketing into North America (rail/truck) and into Asia via commercial access to AltaGas RIPET, Ridley Island near Prince Rupert, B.C. Keyera does not own the marine terminal. 2025 AIF/MD&A: commercial access to a west coast export terminal allowing propane sales into Asia; January 2025 long-term propane sales agreements with AltaGas Canadian west coast terminals. AltaGas-Keyera 7 Feb 2025: Keyera currently flows through RIPET; 15-year REEF tolling for 12,500 Bbls/d LPG. REEF is not in service (AltaGas Q2 2026: ~85 percent complete; commercial operations before end of Q1 2027) and is not this product. June 2025 additional 12,500 bbl/d west-coast capacity from 2028 is not listed. Josephburg rail (propane/butane, 42,000 Bbls/d, 100 percent Keyera Partnership) is inland logistics, not a marine gate.
