- Non-upgraded bitumen from Oil Sands — Fort Hills mine (paraffinic froth treatment; no on-site upgrader), Firebag and MacKay River in-situ, and Base Plant volumes not upgraded — blended with diluent for pipeline movement. 2025 AIF: bitumen is upgraded to SCO or blended with diluent for refinery feedstock or direct sale to market; primary markets for SCO and bitumen include refining operations in North America and Asia. 2025 non-upgraded bitumen production 280.3 mbbls/d. Distribution: Enbridge Mainline, Keystone, Flanagan South, Trans Mountain to West Coast U.S. refineries, and rail. Not a refined-fuels grade.
