- Kearl mining blend (bitumen and diluent; Imperial 70.96%, ExxonMobil Canada Properties 29.04%) and Cold Lake in-situ blend. 2025 Form 10-K, Present activities: for both Kearl and Cold Lake, the product, a blend of bitumen and diluent, is typically shipped to the company’s refineries, Exxon Mobil Corporation refineries and to other third parties. Exxon Mobil Corporation refineries are US soil. Kearl has no on-site upgrader — product is dilbit, not SCO. Diluent is natural gas condensate or other light hydrocarbons added to the crude bitumen to facilitate transportation. 2025 gross bitumen: Kearl about 199 kb/d Imperial share; Cold Lake about 151 kb/d.
